Scale Creep Miniatures Shipping Policies
Scale Creep generally charges only actual postage - we do not have "handling" or "order processing" fees. We make our money by cheating the other guy, and passing the savings along to you.
Domestic Customers: Our shopping cart calculates a shipping estimate based on the dollar value of your order. You will never pay more than this no matter what it costs us. You will usually pay less.
International Customers: Everything noted above applies except that we do not cap shipping based on what the shopping cart estimates. There is simply no reliable way to gauge international shipping - the variables of size and weight are too complex. We are always happy to provide an exact shipping quote in advance - just ask!
Returns Policy
We will accept a return on any new, unopened product. No questions asked. To return a product, simply send us an e-mail and we will make all the necessary arrangements. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. |
